Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our products. Please ensure measurements are taken properly because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any questions, concerns or if you need help with your measurements please contact us at info@beasty-brand.com. We ONLY exchange items if we have sent you the wrong item. To qualify for an exchange, everything must be in it’s original state. If you need to exchange, please go to our contact us section.

Return Policy

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom made orders. There is a 20% restocking fee of your total order for ALL cancelled wig hours after 24 HOURS. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to try to accommodate it to your liking because NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES we be accepted! So, please make sure you read the details in its entirety before placing your order and understand the turnaround time. By ordering you agree & confirm that you have read all the terms & conditions, producers, policies, FAQ section, and all other information listed on this site.

Wig Construction

Customization may vary depending on the hair and lace closure provided. We can not guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots on the lace will bleach to the correct level. It is recommended that your purchase a wig from our collection to avoid this issue.

Turnaround Time

Hair Orders- Have a 2-3 business day payment processing time and will be shipped within 5-7 business days. When your order is shipped your tracking information will be sent via EMAIL/TEXT. All orders are shipped through USPS.

Custom Wigs Orders- Have a 3-5 business day payment processing time, 7-14 business day construction time, and 2-3 business days shipping time.

Ready to Ship Wig Orders- Have a 2-3 business days shipping timeframe.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. Business days does not include weekends!

Before purchasing, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING information is the same. If not, this is the ONLY time you will be completely refunded.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. Also, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays! Holidays does not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
