Yes, all of our luxury wigs can be worn glueless.

Will I need to take my measurements? How do I take my measurements?

How long will my wig last?

The longevity of your unit purely relies on you, your lifestyle and how well you care for it. Your wig is a carefully machine made piece that has been made with the highest quality. As long as you care for your wig it will take care of you. At most your lace will need to be replaced every so often. This time frame will depend on how you care for your wig and how often you wear it.

What is the difference between a lace closure and frontal?

Often you see the terms- 4x4, 5x5, or 13x4 and they mean, in terms of inches, the size of the lace. So in other words, how much parting space would you like, and how much lace would you like to maintain? The 4x4 and 5x5 would be considered a closure, while the 13x4 would be considered a frontal because the lace cover the full hairline from ear to ear.

What is lace closures?

Lace Closures are delicate fabric with hair individually ventilated into the base, knotted and secured with an adhesive.

How often should I wash my unit?

We recommend washing your unit 1-2 times each month or whenever when you feel that it is weighed down with product.

What is your return/exchange policy ?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not Return or Exchange  unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately. NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELLATIONS

Are your extensions 100% virgin hair?

Yes, our extensions are 100% Virgin Hair which means that they can be colored, flat ironed, and curled.

What size lace closure do you use for your wigs ?

At this moment, we only use 5x5 lace closures to make our units.

Do this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that if your stylist applies Weft sealer along the track of each bundle of hair upon the installation as well as stitching and knotting around the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew-in install is being done).This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised

Can I provide my own hair for my unit ?

Yes, we do allow our Babes to send in their choice of extensions to have a unit constructed. All lace closures and bundles must be NEW!

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround Time

Hair Orders- Have a 2-3 business day payment processing time and will be shipped within 5-7 business days. When your order is shipped your tracking information will be sent via EMAIL/TEXT. All orders are shipped through USPS.

Custom Wigs Orders- Have a 3-5 business day payment processing time, 7-14 business day construction time, and 2-3 business days shipping time.

Ready to Ship Wig Orders- Have a 2-3 business days shipping timeframe.

Do you do rush orders?

No, we do not offer rush orders at this moment!

How many bundles do I need for a custom wig order?

All wigs must consist of 3 bundles and a closure for lengths under 22 inches. If you are providing hair longer than 22 inches, we kindly suggest you provide 4 bundles of hair after you place your order.

What is the difference between custom wigs and pre-made wigs?

Custom wigs are specifically made for each customer. Custom wigs are made with custom measurements just for you and only you. It is not a one size fits all wig. Premade wigs comes as S, M, or L based on the sizing chart on the website. They will fit most customers.

How should I store my wigs when they aren’t being worn ?

We suggest purchasing styrofoam mannequin heads from your local beauty supply store. Your units can be placed on the heads to preserve your style.

What’s the proper way to wear my hair under my unit?

For best results a FLAT braided foundation. The smaller the braids the better. Straight back braids are recommended for closure application.
